Welcome Reception
All receptions are held in the convention centre to avoid peak evening hour travel. After the dinner, transport is arranged to official hotels. Guests staying in other locations are strongly advised to make their own travel arrangements, preferably by official taxis to avoid any problems. Driving under influence is a serious offence.

The first function to welcome delegates, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers to the conference. To be held at the IMA convention centre, this will be your first chance to mingle with old friends and new colleagues and acknowledge the valued contribution of our exhibitors. Cocktail & dinner will be served. This evening promises networking with a difference – come along to catch up with old colleagues and welcome new friends. Cost for this function is included in all registration types, including exhibitor registration.

Join your colleagues and friends for a night of celebration. Enjoy an evening of fabulous food, wines and outstanding entertainment at IMA convention centre. The highlight of the evening will be a fusion of east with western music and dance. You will be thoroughly entertained with live DJ and will dance the night away. All male participants are requested to bring along one white shirt (Kerala style); and female participants one Kerala saree for attending the dinner. This will be a night not to be missed!
