How do I register for the conference?
In order to register for the conference, please see the registration form in www.vaicon2012.com

How can I pay the registration fees?

All payment to be made in the form of Multi city Online Cheques in favor of VAICON 2012 payable at Thrissur. Please add Rs 50 for outstation cheques (registration is confirmed only after the clearance of the cheque).

Can I receive an invoice under the sponsoring Company/ Hospital’s name?
Yes. If you require an invoice to be issued to the sponsoring company, please send an email to the registration department at royvarghesevascular@gmail.com specifying the services requested and full address of the sponsoring company.

Can I register for the conference without paying?
Yes, but your registration will be confirmed only when full payment is received.

Can I register before the early fee deadline and pay later?
In order to benefit from the early fee registration discount, payment must be received before the deadline.

Can I register on site?
Yes. Onsite registration is available during the conference days.

What does my registration fees include?
For full detailed entitlements, please check the registration page.

Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished registering?
Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you by email as soon as payment is received and registration is completed.

How can I find out information about hotels and their rates?
Please contact your travel agent .VAICON 2012 has a local travel agent. Please go on the net for attractive offers as they maybe better than travel agent offers.

How can I book my room and should I pay in advance?
You can book by yourselves on net or contact our local travel agent, who will be only too happy to help you. Cochin being one of the most favoured destinations in the world, hotels ranging from Boutique spa hotels to budget hotels are available. Please book hotels near the venue as traffic is heavy as in any other India city.

Will I receive a hotel confirmation?
Yes. A detailed confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as the booking is confirmed and the requested deposit is received.

How can I book rooms for a group?
Please contact our local travel agent.

How do I apply for a visa to visit India?
Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. We suggest you contact your local Indian Consulate for full and official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedure that apply to you.

Where can I get a conference invitation letter so that I can apply for a visa?
Please mail us your full details at royvarghesevascular@gmail.com and we would send you the conference invitation letter.

Is it possible to send an official invitation letter directly to my local Indian Consulate?

Unfortunately we are unable to send invitation letters directly to consulates. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals and are mailed directly to them.

Where is the Conference taking place?
The Conference will take place at the IMA House Conference Hall ,Cochin .For more information on the venue please visit venue and location page of www.vaicon2012.com.

Can you please send me details of public transport to and from the airport?
Cochin being a metro the traffic is heavy, so you are strongly advised to hire a taxi which run by meters to avoid any problems. Public transport is usually overloaded and if you do not know the local language communication may be difficult.
