All international / Indian delegates who have confirmation from Vaicon Team about their stay are kindly requested to contact official travel desk c/o Mr.Laljee for any travel requisites, airport pickups/drops, local tour info, updates about stay and charges etc.

 

 

 

1. Pre and post conference Kerala tours are available. Please contact official travel agents for help.

    

2. You are strongly advised to go on net for alternative tours and options as Cochin is one of the best destinations in the world.

    

3. Please do avail service from established  travel agents and tour operators only.

    

4. You are advised to hire a taxi on a whole day basis from a accredited tour operator as Cochin is a congested city like any other, this will save your time and ensure your safety.

6. Consumption of alcohol while driving is a zero tolerance offense, 24 hours police custody may be enforced. Also smoking while driving is punishable under the local law.

    

7. Serving of alcohol after 10:30 pm in the night is not done in most hotels except 5 star hotels.

    

8. Noise and environment pollution leads to severe penalty.

    

9. Drug trafficking is an nonbailable offense.

    

10. Traveling alone at night in lonely places is not advisable. Do not carry cash & valuables in purse .Please ask your hotel manager for further advice.

     

11. Women and children are advised to travel in groups and dress to the occasion.

     

12. Swimming and bathing in non protected water-bodies are not advisable.
