VAICON 2012 has not appointed any event managers to reduce costs.  Cochin being a favoured destination all you normally need  is to book your travel tickets and hotels on the net as it will be cheaper.  Some recommended hotels are Taj, Holiday Inn, Ramada, Bharat Tourist Home (vegetarian), Sarovaram (vegetarian) and Abad Atrium. Our local travel agent will be there on site of venue and airport for immediate needs.  We strongly advise you take the help and advise of professional medical representatives in your city to make any special arrangements if needed in Cochin through his Cochin colleagues.  Another alternative is to contact your Malayalee Kerala Nurse (there are no hospitals in the world without them) .
